Local Delivery:

• Get your appliances delivered directly to your doorstep with our local delivery service. We ensure timely and safe delivery of your items within the Austin area and up to 75 miles from our store location.
• Delivery charges and scheduling will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
• On delivery day, our team will handle your items with care, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.

Self Pick-Up:

• Prefer to pick up your purchase yourself? We offer a convenient self pick-up option. Simply choose this option at checkout, and we'll have your items ready for you at our store location.
• Upon arrival, our staff will assist you with loading your appliances, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free pick-up experience.

Installation and Setup:

• We partner with third-party service providers for delivery and installation. Select this option during checkout for additional fees.

Please Note:

• Our delivery and shipping services are exclusively local, catering to customers within a 75-mile radius of our store.
• For self pick-up, we encourage customers to inspect their items at the store to ensure satisfaction before taking them home.

For in-stock items, we offer the possibility of Same-Day Delivery, subject to availability in specific areas. This service is contingent on orders placed before 12pm local time and depends on space availability on our delivery trucks. Please note, Same-Day Service does not apply to items requiring professional installation. Should your purchase qualify for Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery, these options will be presented during checkout, with any applicable additional fees clearly indicated.

We reserve the right to decline delivery in situations deemed hazardous or if conditions pose a risk to our customers, staff, or property. Delivery costs and schedules may vary based on the item's location within the country. After placing your order, we will determine the distance from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Local (Standard) Delivery varies by product type:

Appliances: Delivery includes moving the item to the first threshold or a covered area and unboxing. Installation, hookup, or haul-away services are not included.

Appliances Requiring Professional Installation (e.g., gas ranges, ovens, dishwashers, etc.):

• Installation: We partner with third-party service providers for delivery and installation. Select this option during checkout for additional fees.
• Basic Hookup ($10 fee): Our Delivery Team will unbox and connect your new appliance to existing fittings, ensuring it's ready to use. Note: This does not include gas hookups.
• Hookup Accessories: We recommend purchasing necessary accessories in advance. If needed, our delivery team has basic accessories available for sale at the time of delivery.
• Haul-Away ($20 fee): We offer to remove your old appliance. Restrictions apply for items requiring professional installation.

Your information will be shared with third-party delivery providers to complete your delivery. Please be aware that certain locations may not qualify for hookup/haul-away services or may require upgraded service.
