That's why every purchase includes a complimentary 1-year warranty, covering both parts and labor for manufacturer's defects, with no additional cost to you. For those seeking extended protection, we've partnered with CPS, a reputable third-party warranty provider. This partnership allows you to extend your warranty up to 4 years, ensuring long-term care and support for your appliances. Please note, extended warranties through CPS are subject to a $99 deductible for any service claims.
As a trusted scratch & dent retailer, we stand by the quality of our appliances. We assure you that any functional issues arising within the first 30 days of purchase are fully covered by us, including parts and labor. However, if an issue arises due to third-party service interventions or customer mishandling, a minimum service fee of $50 may be charged, with the exact fee dependent on the situation at hand.
Warranty Services:
- CPS Warranty Service: We partner with CPS, the same third-party warranty company used by Lowe’s. A service fee of $99 per case applies, but this includes both labor and parts.
- Repair and Replacement Policy: CPS will first attempt to repair the appliance. If repair is not feasible, they will provide a replacement. If the replacement is not to your satisfaction, you will receive a refund based on the replacement value.
- Warranty Registration: It's important to register your warranty within 30 days of your purchase. Failure to register within this timeframe will result in the loss of warranty coverage.

Warranty Terms
1 - Warranty Registration: Your warranty will be void if not registered within 30 days of the purchase date.
2 - CPS Warranty Terms: The CPS Warranty cannot be extended. You have the option to choose a 2, 3, or 4-year warranty for your appliance.
3 - 12 Month Warranty Coverage: Each appliance comes with a 12-month warranty covered by Appliances House.
4 - Repair and Replacement Process: If an issue arises with the appliance, we follow a structured approach: First, we attempt to fix it. If that's not possible, we proceed to replacement, and as a last resort, a refund. (1st Fix, 2nd Replace, 3rd Refund)
5 - Brand New Items: Brand new items come with the manufacturer's warranty.

Remedies and Limitations: The sole and exclusive remedy under this purchase shall be product repair or replacement as per Appliances House's store policy. Claims based on implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the shortest period allowed by law. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, such as property damage or incidental expenses resulting from the use of the appliance.
Financial Institution Fees: Appliances House is not responsible for any fees incurred between the customer and financial institutions, including SNAP, & ACIMA.
CPS Warranty Important Notices
- CPS Warranty Service covers Parts and Labor. Each service request is subject to a $99 deductible.
- Warranty must be registered within 30 Days of the Purchase Date. Invoice Image upload is required for registration completion.
- Removing the "KW# Sticker" or "AH# Sticker" from the appliance will void your warranty.
